SHIPPING COSTS

We offer complimentary worldwide shipping, fully insured.

Please select your size when placing your order, if you need assistance, we will be happy to help you find the perfect fit.

All Items are made to order. Please Allow 10 working days for production.

We ship orders from Monday to Friday.

We will carefully select the most appropriate shipping method for your order to ensure the highest level of care and security.

All deliveries must be signed for. Please ensure that someone will be available to accept delivery of your order. You agree to check without delay, and in any event not later than three days from receipt of your order, that you have received the correct items. Inform us of any defective products or errors in the order immediately by contacting our Customer Care team.

If the package arrives in a visibly damaged condition, please refuse delivery or sign  for it nothing that the packaging is damaged and the goods are unchecked.

You are deemed to have accepted the goods if no notice of any issue is provided within three days of delivery.

If an order cannot be delivered successfully due to incorrect information, lack of cooperation, or non-compliance with import regulations, it mai be returned to us in Italy at your expense, including any applicable import duties.

We ship almost worldwide if you would like to order but your country is not showing in the shipping list, please contact our Customer Care team.

 

TAXES AND DUTIES

Prices displayed within the European Union includes Italian VAT.

For orders shipped outside the European Union, VAT will not be applied. 

Any import duties and taxes may be charged upon delivery and are the responsibility of the customer.
