ORDERING WITH US
When placing an order for the first time, you may be offered the option to register with us. Please note that products that are placed in your shopping bag are not reserved and may be purchased by other customers.
After placing an order, you will receive an email confirmation including the details of your purchase, your order number and delivery information. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.
All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right not to accept your order in the event that an item is unavailable or we are unable to fulfil your order. In such cases, any payment made will be refunded in full.
Products are sold for personal use only and not for resale.
Product images are for illustrative purpose only. While we make every effort to display colours and details accurately, variations may occur depending on your device. Slight variations in size and measurements may also occur due to the handcrafted nature of our pieces.
ORDER AMENDMENTS AND CANCELLATIONS
Once your order has been placed we may not be able to add, remove, or edit the quantity of items. If you wish to cancel your order please contact us as soon as possible at info@elenadonati.eu. In certain circumstances, we may be able to cancel or amend your order if it has not yet been prepared or dispatch.

PRICES
Prices displayed within the European Union include Italian VAT at the prevailing rate of 22%.
For orders shipped outside the European Union, VAT will not be applied.
Priced may change over time; however, such changes will not effect orders that have already been confirmed.
While we strive to ensure that all information on our website ia accurate, errors may accasionally occur. In such cases, we reserve the right to correct any errors and cancel or refuse orders placed based on incorrect information.
PAYMENT
We accept payment via Paypal and credit cards. Additional payment methods may be available depending on your location.
All payments must be made using one of the methods available at the checkout.
Payment is authorised at the time of the purchase and captured when the order is confirmed for dispatch.
You confirm that the payment method used is yours or that you have been authorised by the cardholder. All transaction are subject to validation by card issue. If payment is declined, we will not be liable for nay delay or non-delivery.
If you choose PayPal at checkout, you will be directed to the PayPal website to complete your purchase. Once the payment is confirmed, you will be returned to our website.
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion, including in cases where payment cannot be verified or is flagged by our security.
SHIPPING COSTS
We offer complimentary worldwide shipping, fully insured.
Please select your size when placing your order. If you need assistance, we will be happy to help you find the perfect fit.
All Items are made to order. Please Allow 10 working days for production.
We ship orders from Monday to Friday.
Each order is shipped using a carefully selected delivery service to ensure the highest level of care and security.
All deliveries must be signed for. Please ensure that someone will be available to accept delivery of your order. You agree to check without delay, and in any event not later than three days from receipt of your order, that you have received the correct items. Inform us of any defective products or errors in the order immediately by contacting our Customer Care team.
SHIPPING DESTINATIONS
We ship almost worldwide if you would like to order but your country is not showing in the shipping list, please contact our Customer Care team.
TAXES AND DUTIES
Prices displayed within the EU include Italian VAT.
For orders shipped outside the EU, VAT. will not be applied.
Any import duties and taxes may be charged upon delivery and are the responsibility of the customer.
RETURN PROCEDURE
To return or exchange items, you must contact our Customer Care team within 14 days of delivery to request a return authorisation.
Once your request has been approved, you will receive an email with your return authorisation number (RAN) and instruction on how to proceed.
Please include RAN with your return and follow the instructions provided to ensure prompt processing.
Returns sent without prior authorisation may not be accepted.
Please allow up to 10 working days for your return to be received and processed.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF RETURN
Items must be returned unused and in their original condition, with all original packaging included. Due to the handcrafted nature of our pieces, slight variation may occur and are not considered defects.
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
USE OF WEBSITE
The access to and use of elenadonati.eu is intended for personal use only. You may not use this web site for commercials purpose or resale.
